Finish typing up your oral history interview by 4/29A, 4/30B. Turn in the permission slip whether or not they give permission to be in the book. I need to know either way. Turn in the final draft of the Civil Rights DBQ outline by 4/23A, 4/24B. Work on the Decades project in class. Remember to buy your ticket to the ALL-SCHOOL PARTY before it starts at 5:30 on Friday, April 25. Be there or be square!

Social Studies 8: 1/22-1/25/08
Welcome to 2008! While the new year begins, the old semester is winding down. All assignments, due, missing, or optional, must be in by 1/25 to be included in the scores for second quarter. The final test for second quarter will be the test on chapters 25 and 26, the Roaring 20s and the Great Depression. The packet, the take-home part of the test and the objective part of the test (1/23A and 1/24B) will be the last grades of the quarter. The first unit of the new quarter will focus on the locations and geography of Asia. If you want a head start, check out the list on Edline of map items to know for the Asia test, tentitively scheduled for 2/1A and 2/4B.
